I obtained said attorney to handle an auto accident on my behalf. 2 months before the end of my statute of limitations, he sends me an letter saying he is closing my case due to lack of cooperation. Now in 4 years, i can count on 1 hand how many times i spoke to him. I called him every ot...her week to get an update and was never able to reach him. I would lwave voicemail messages as well as messages with assistants, etc. He may have returned my call twice. I would highly suggest that anyone looking for an attorney, to look the other way. Now im forced to seek cousel elsewhere and most attorneys don't accept cases that they haven't worked from beginning to end.
