He got the bank to sell it at 45% of the after appraised price. He managed to find the holder of the note( the bank) . I don't know any attorneys that could have done that

losing a home
he was really knowledgeable about foreclosures he did exactly what he said he would do. My cousin came to him and when he found out he could not help him he did not take ANY money. Alot of lawyers take money although they can not help and later tell you oops your un helpable
