I had a Capias for over 2 years, I hired 3 previous lawyers had 3 zoom hearings and none of them were able to get the capias Quash. I was in a severe accident so medically I thought why they couldn’t especially with all my financial obligations to the court had been met. After a recommendation I reac...hed out to Mr. Jordan and he told me then he would get the Capias quash and I’ll do no jail time. I was very skeptical because of my prior experiences with the other attorneys, but as promised 30 plus days later I walked into court wasn’t arrested probation terminated and I’m a free man thanks to this brilliant attorney. Jonathan was very kind and listened to my concerns from the beginning to completion. He responded quickly to my texts and phone calls. As an out of state client that was so important. When the legal issues confused me (often) clarified them. He even suggested a great strategy for me to participate in... asking for character witnesses. It’s was a long stressful 21 months waiting during Covid. A plea was made that I approved it of and we had to wait for the prosecutor to respond.
