BEST LAWYER EVER

I had the good fortune to be represented by May L. Cain throughout my exceptionally complicated international divorce proceedings, which lasted for years. The case was resolved only because of Attorney Cain's ingenuity, diplomacy, and persistence through the bitter end. She went above and beyond to a...dvocate for me, and to achieve justice in my case, against the odds. I remain astonished at what Attorney Cain managed to accomplish for me during a terrible time in my life. Not only did she win financial compensation and legal protections for me and my child, but also she made me feel seen, heard, and validated. Her advocacy enabled me to move on both materially and emotionally. If you need a lawyer to fight for you, then you would do well to have May L. Cain in your corner. She is a force to be reckoned with, an expert on the law, and a true professional who is very well respected in the field. Her formidable presence and unwavering professionalism made the opposing counsel in my case look like a floundering amateur. Based on my own direct experience, I would describe Attorney Cain as remarkably tough, yet compassionate, accessible, and solution-focused. She genuinely cares to improve the welfare of her clients. I am more than satisfied with the excellent legal services provided by Cain & Snihur, LLP, and I wholeheartedly recommend May L. Cain as legal counsel. Frankly, she is THE BEST.

Glad that I found her

Every divorce is difficult. Mine was exasperated by an incompetent non-responsive attorney on the other side. May was able to find ways to bring him back around and move things forward. She was honest and straight forward in every conversation we had and let me know exactly how things were going to g...o throughout the entire process. And she was right. I recommend her to friends and to you without hesitation.

Great Attorney Got the Job Done!!

As a father I was handed a pretty unfair final judgement from the courts after taking my daughters mother to trial to fight for equal time sharing. I ultimately lost everything I was fighting for until I hired May to help me with an appeal. May represented me successfully on the appeal and then in ...the trial court afterwards. It was an uphill battle but she fought and fought to get me more time sharing with my daughter and my child support adjusted correctly. A pit bull in courtroom who knows the law and the system very well and will fight to make sure you get what you are owed. My only regret was not finding May quick enough to help me with my initial trial. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her for representation in the future if needed. Thanks May!!

Incredible Jurist

Judge Cain represents all my business interests, including litigation and appellate matters: both as defendant and as plaintiff. For over 20 years she has put the best interest of my business first, always gaining the best possible outcomes. She has a killer instinct in analyzing the pros and cons o...f the benefit of litigation thereby ensuring that my business interests end up in the healthiest possible position and saving us hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years.

Always make for an easy and Great Experience

May Cain first represented me over 25 years ago, for both family and civil litigation legal issues. I was so pleased with the level of attention and sound advice that not only do I continue to employ her whenever I need quality service, I recommend her to all close family members and friends. As with... me, they never stop thanking me for the referral and sing her praises.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
