I would give Miss Cain 1000 stars if I could… I came to Miss Cain to seek for legal help when my life and my child’s life were crushing, when I felt that I may lose my child and when I was helpless and felt alone in the world. It was during the Covid pandemic when I lost everything and I had to re...locate urgently with my minor child to my home country in Europe. My case was a very difficult and complex case, a relocation overseas with a minor child while having everyone against me, including the father of my child that made things in court incredibly difficult and did not agree with anything, making the relocation impossible. Miss Cain was recommended to me by a dear friend that was in a custody battle herself, and Miss Cain won her case in the Florida Supreme Court. I called her office and Miss Cain picked up my case immediately, she is not only an amazing attorney but she’s also an amazing human being that truly cares about people, she will go out of her way to help you and defend you by providing the best quality of legal service that you can ever find in an attorney. Formidable, Compassionate, and Experienced

May assisted me with a complex case, involving enforcement of a post-divorce marital settlement agreement, and a civil matter with a domestic violence component. Family law matters can be exhausting, emotional, and costly. As I struggled to work through these issues, she understood exactly what w...as going on beneath the business points and was able to navigate through these issues with ease. She not only provided stellar legal representation, but she was also understanding and compassionate to how delicate these matters could be for all involved parties. As a victim of domestic violence, at times I was fearful of standing up for myself. May made me feel safe and reminded me of my courage. The difference between Ordinary & Extraordinary is a little Extra

I went to May Cain to formulate & execute a Postnuptial Agreement between my spouse & I. Ms. Cain was very cordial & more importantly very genuine in her approach (not at all what I was expecting for a Lawyer). She is extremely thorough and concise and most importantly professional (which I find hard... to come across these days in many professions, especially in Miami).
