Hello my name is Heather I'm from Texas. We hired Rabbani Law Firm in January of 2011 with thinking she would be able to help us fight our foreclousure they advised us to let go our current attorney which we did. We sent all our personal information ssn, and our account numbers. Money was drafted ou...t of our account for $695.00 a month to find out they had never contacted the mortgage company nor the mortgage companies law firm. After months and months of calling they would say she's in a meeting she'll call you back. To my suprise I call the office back one Friday afternoon to find out her office had been closed down. The girl that answered the phone was so confused because she had been receiving horrible calls all day. We stopped payment!!!! Her and her employees acted as if they were so worried about our situation at the time and they would do anything to help us. I called her assistant whom then had given us his cell number and he acted surprised. I have contacted Florida Courts and I will be filing a complaint. She should be ashamed of herself . Here we are struggling to keep a roof over our head with a then 17 year old, a 1 year old and I cared for my 99 year old Grandpa. Some people don't care about others, but are always willing to take. Smh

On 12-15-2011 i hired Alexis M Rabbani services to handled my foreclosure case i made lots of phone calls and messages to her and her office and i left with no answers she closed her office on hallandale beach bvld and disappeared, She never call me again ....don't waist your time and money with Al...exis M Rabbani ...

She came highly recommended by marketing person. She even talked with us a couple of times to gain our trust so that we would retain her. Then we could not get her to call us back. She would not respond to keep us informed on our file. Even her assistant couldn't get her to respond. We totally lost c...onfidence and trust in her and felt scammed. After a month of several attempts to reach her we finally had to cancel our account. Don't waste your time or money!!
