I hired Yolanda Mendoza for my vawa petition and God she worked very hard on my case, she didn’t actually take my case until she determined it to be a genuine one, after she was satisfied that it is a genuine case she filed all the paperwork on time and was right on top of the case making sure that i...t is not kept pending by USCIS outside of the normal processing times, Yolanda sent my application to immigration in February 2019 and i got my vawa petition approved in June 2020, so Literally 16 months, I got my green card approved in November 2020, It was pretty quickly done, another good thing about Yolanda is that she responds back as quickly as possible to the queries and concerns of her clients which a lot of lawyers lack these days Which turns away any would be clients via referrals of already clients, I would highly suggest anyone to hire her who wants to get his/her vawa petition approved in a timely manner and also who wants their attorney to respond them to their questions rapidly rather than stalling them for days before emailing them, I had lost all hope of getting green card and was out of status for the past 15 years until I hired Yolanda, I would strongly suggest anyone who is in a situation where their spouse is abusive to them to contact Yolanda and just talk about it, she would definitely help and last but not least, her fee is very reasonable, very reasonable to the extent where no attorneys can compete with her, May God bless her for helping me and helping others,
