I had previously used an immigration lawyer from a supposedly top immigration law firm that was referred by my wife’s company but they were completely incompetent. Yolanda was referred to me by an acquaintance to process my re-entry permit application to the USCIS. At the start, we spoke on the ph...one so she could understand my case and from there, the whole experience was smooth. Applying for a re-entry permit from outside the U.S. can be a complicated process that requires a bit of coordination but with Yolanda, it was easy. She was thorough, and was there every step of the way to provide advice and guide me through it. Even though it took a while to get the re-entry permit (USCIS was extremely backlogged due to Covid), Yolanda still made sure to keep me updated on the status periodically.
