Undoubtably a excellent experience having Mr.Morgan to represent me in my case. His entire staff have been extremely helpful , informative , prompt and patient with me through the entire process . Once case was settled Mr.Morgan himself and his staff offered their services through some off the reserv...ation legal aide as well ! Very interpersonal staff and it was a honor having him fight for me ! Awesome attorney even better person i would recommend him to anyone seeking legal aide without a question !

First off it took me 4 months contemplating to leave this negative review because I don't like to slam someone publicly and possibly damage their reputation which is easy to do in online forums whether it be an honest review or not But after expressing to Mr. Morgan how I felt personally, I've dec...ided to leave this review concerning my individual case. Rear ended by commercial truck on Gratigny Parkway traveling 55 m.p.h. Torn labrum, partial tear rotator cuff, aggravation of previous herniated discs, no surgery, { Orthopedic Surgeon wanted to start with conservative treatment but did say I would most likely need future surgery and gave me a disability rating},3 months of physical therapy, ( felt it was making my injuries worse},over $5,700 of damage to vehicle. At fault party had million dollar insurance policy. Fired previous attorney because the max he can get was between 60-80k as well as issues with obtaining and submitting paperwork. Hired Mr. Morgan for his positive reviews and according to his intake coordinator after him speaking with Mr. Morgan, was told my case was worth more than 80k . Granted Mr. Morgan informed me sometime thereafter he didn't know how much my case was worth, the only thing I hired him to do was send in the demand package since I've already completed treatment and all paperwork was furnished by me that my previous attorney and myself gathered from treating medical providers.I know every case is different but after comparing similar cases on his website of clients receiving anywhere from 80k to 150k without surgery, at the least 80k seemed reasonable for my injuries. After finishing treatment was informed by attorney Spencer the max he could get was $17,500. I did tell him to settle for the max possible short of filing a lawsuit, but never in my wildest dreams did I expect the most he would be able to get was $17,500 considering my injuries. After initially telling me my injuries were serious he started listing mitigating factors such as not enough time spent in physical therapy, no surgery, my age, minimal damage to car, car being insured out of state, which I didn't understand because the car is registered in Florida and I actually purchased insurance at a physical office in Florida, (Geico), etc. I actually felt like he either thought I was lying about my injuries or didn't like me personally or both. I mean let the insurance company prove my injuries were minor or because of my age, etc. All I know is I didn't have these injuries prior to the accident (apart from the 2 herniated discs in my lumbar spine which was aggravated from the accident),and haven't seen a doctor in 5 years. Just to be clear most attorneys would promise you anything to get you to sign a contract, and always push for surgery whether you need it or not to maximize insurance payouts. Without surgery your case is practically worth nothing, and those are the types of cases busy attorneys don't want to waste their time with and want to settle quickly. Chiropractors also would lie to you and tell you you need to complete their "required "treatment plan of 32 sessions whether you're better or not, so they can max out on your 10k P.I.P. benefits. I mean you could only get $17,500 on a million dollar insurance policy and leave me with $10,367 ? He did tell me I didn't have to accept the offer, but at that point after telling me $17,500 was the max he could settle on short of filing a lawsuit, I would've waited a year for a trial but I absolutely had no confidence in his negotiating abilities and he gave me the impression he didn't want to drag it on by telling me the judge will more than likely reduce the award, more attorney fees would be added on, etc.If I would've known in advance $17,500 was the max he could get after 1 round of negotiating, I would've taken on the case myself and received the whole $17,500 payout.. Considering filing a complaint.On a positive note working with paralegal Diana Mejia was a pleasure.
