Where to begin …. Richard Gregg is an amazing lawyer !! It took me sometime to find a lawyer that would charge me a reasonable amount ( set me up with a payment plan ) , show compassion and was fair . My husband violated his probation with new charges back in November of 2022 (one being a PBL) and ...the state was offering up to 45 years ! As a wife you hear this for your husband / family and it breaks you with the thought of losing your loved one to the system. Today , I walked out of my husband’s sentencing after everything and am pleased to say he was given 3 years for his VOP. This has been a long awaiting day to finally know my husbands fate. Richard does not play in that courtroom !!! We still have the trial to deal with but … I believe Mr. Gregg will squash that one too ! On behalf of my husband and myself we thank him beyond words can say .

Mr. Gregg is a con-artist , he advised I took a plea and stated it won’t affect my immigration status and lied. After I took the plea he ignore every call he got from my family and relatives. Afterwards I was picked up by ICE and went thru removal proceedings…. Till this day he never answers. BEWARE ...of this Con-artist.

This lawyer messed my life up took a plea deal which didn’t benefit me at all. He advised I take a withhold adjudication. I was innocent & he reviewed officers body cam and even said there was problem with what he did. Now I can’t get a place to stay or a job. After my case was over I called him mult...iple times and no answer. He said I could get my property back and he would help me expunge my record. I can’t get him to pick up the phone. Everything he said to me was a lie I feel like he worked for the prosecutors.

Mr.Gregg was hired on a probation violation hearing, in which my husband was facing 15 years to life. Every one I came in contact with either didn't want the case or showed me doubt in taking the case. All I heard was these types of cases were rarely won... I spoke to Mr. Gregg frequently for 11 mont...hs, he was as humble as can be even in my times of frustration. But on the day of the hearing Mr.Gregg came and conquered. A total courtroom genius...
