Monica Amador, Esq., is a Partner at Amador & Cuellar, PL. She is an experienced litigator in the areas of consumer law, debt defense and complex commercial and real estate litigation.
Before opening the firm, Ms. Amador practiced litigation with a boutique construction law firm in Miami, representing clients from large developers, contractors, and engineers to individuals. She also handled an array of real estate contracts negotiations from small residential purchases to multimillion dollar transactions. In 2009, with many of the firm’s clients facing economic hardship, Ms. Amador began working in the area of consumer law and foreclosure defense. Since that time, she has defended over 100 foreclosures and debt defense cases and has dedicated her practice to defending the rights of consumers.
Ms. Amador, was born and raised in Miami, from Cuban immigrant parents and understands the hardship and realities that face hardworking families every day. She prides herself in providing her clients with top quality legal services at a reasonable price.
