Ive been dealing with Medina Law firm for over a year in a very complicated case. From the very beginning Mr. Medina meet with me listened to my situation and advised me from the start what was realistic and what wasn't, he didn't offer empty dreams and unrealistic things like the majority of lawyer ...do. The team they have established in the firm is by far the best I never have an issue communicating with, and they are EXCELLENT in keeping me posted with everything about my case. I had a case where my x wife was doing things she shouldn't with our son, Medina Law Firm did everything from filling an emergency motion and fighting tooth and nail for my son and I. I have been to 3 other lawyers and all of them have been thieves and abuser of the system but with Medina Law Firm you can be confident you are choosing the difference in your case.

The following statements are my personal opinions based on experience about Mr. Jose Medina who in my opinion is an incompetent and devising attorney. He was unprepared and late for several court dates, he lacked focus, and organization presenting my case; he did not have the appropriate documentati...ons available, costing time and money. 2. He failed to effectively rebuke the opposing attorney’s allegations, especially on premarital properties. 3. He failed to remove my ex-wife’s 14 years old son, whose biological father lives in Miami, from my home. And to add insult to injury, this individual and his mother obtained, under false and latter dropped by the Judged, a restraining order against me. 4. He failed to promptly return my calls. 5. He failed to call key witnesses e.g. my accountant, an a medical director from a local hospital. 6. He failed to file requested injunctions. 7. His performance during mediation was poor. 8 . He charged me for services rendered even after I had already fired him and requested him to hand over the files to another attorney. 9. Once the Judge rendered her Final Decision, he did no inform about it. I found out about a week later. This resulted in late penalties for not following the Court deadlines. When I asked him why he did not call me as soon as he had the Final Judgment, he said that, “ I thought that you would be too upset.” Let this b sever as a warning for those contemplating to retain this attorney.
