Jared W McLuskey

Preferring to remain anonymous here... I work for a well known Florida corp. Mr. McLuskey has helped us with a number of issues including construction accidents, contractual and criminal matters. He has always been and continues to be available whenever we need him. His advise is easy to underst...and and I expect great things from him in the legal practice.

I've hired three lawyers in my life besides Mr. McLuskey. One for my divorce one for my skiing accident in the 90's and one for my daughters accident here in Miami. Jared was the most helpful. I saw him in court before he went up to the Judge with a different client. The Judge had some serious at...titude problems but Mr. McLuskey knew just how to speak to him. He impressed me so I hired him for my case. Everything worked out great, hope he reads this, he'll remember me. Oh, and he made me lots of money!!

I met Jared at an event in Miami. A very personable young lawyer. I'm just a legal secretary so I was a bit uncomfortable at the event as I didn't know anybody. I had also just gotten into a civil matter and was in need of advice. It was fresh on my mind and after getting one of Jared's cards I c...alled him a couple of days later. He wasn't there but his secretary took my information. He called me back within 10 minutes. I explained to him the problem I had. After first telling me that he didn't handle the kind of claim that I had he took 30 minutes to talk to me about it. This was shocking. After already knowing that he couldn't make any money off of my issue he took all the time I needed to answer my questions. He had me take out a pad and write down exactly what I needed to do. He was very estute and professional. He gave me the names of two attorneys and talked to me about their strengths and weaknesses. I will write a review on here about their services once I have met with them. I work with many attorneys every day and can't remember the last time I meet such a patient and informative Atty.

We showed up for trial after 6long months and the prosecutor wouldn't give me a better offer. Mr. Mcluskey told the prosecutor that if they wanted to to get rid of the case they would have to do better than their original offer. On the day of court the Prosecutor had nothing for me. They dropped ...the case into a misdemeanor but kept the same offer. They wanted to put me in jail for a year. Mr. McLuskey said to him "well I guess we're picking 6" I couldn't help but laugh. After we found a judge to take the case the prosecutor gave me a great offer of basically nothing and it was laughable. Just wanted to say thank you to Mr. McLuskey.

I am writing in regards to a couple reasons. Firstly, I want to extend my fullest appreciation to you for for your excellent representation in Judge Andrew Siegel's courtroom. Secondly, I want to thank you for you representation in Judge Marty-Cohen's courtroom. By the way, when meeting with anoth...er lawyer from your office I mentioned what a terrific attorney I thought you were and from what she said I'm obviously not the only one who holds you in such high regards, so once again, thanks. Thank you again Jared.
