Traitz, LLC, is celebrating two distinct milestones: recently surpassing thirty million dollars in recoveries for his clients and forty years since passing the Bar. Traitz specializes in cases of negligence and those where people have suffered severe or catastrophic injuries.

Traitz, a Martindale-Hubbard A.V.-rated attorney, which is the highest rating that a lawyer can obtain in the United States, has won numerous notable cases, including in the 90’s, which was the highest at the time - an over-one-million-dollar verdict for the death of an unemployed African-American teen, involving a traffic accident (1).  He also had a case involving the death of a father misdiagnosed with cancer that saw a $3.5-million verdict (2).  In addition to marking his thirty million dollars in settlements for his clients, he saw a 17.8 million dollar verdict against Florida Highway Patrol for roadway negligence (3).  In fact, he has had a number of multi-million-dollar recoveries that include both verdict and settlement.
