I went on a free consultation to visit this "LAWYER"" It happened that all was good a first, once we paid him the initial fee of $1500 it already started to be very complicated to get in touch with him. His secretary is completely useless as she never know anything. The worst was that i had settle...ment done with the other parties but Mr Poe never sent back the settlement to the other parties and i actually lost couple thousands of dollars because of his none professionalism. After that happening he tried to convince me to pay the other parties to finish my case so it will be more simple for him, all this discussions by email because Mr Poe don't have the time to talk to his clients! Than Mr Poe took again some vacation and be out of the office for 2 weeks, once my next settlement was due the next week, so i have no lawyer to defend my case and had to hire someone else who was so much more professional and CLOSED MY CASE IN 2 PHONES CALLS ! I don't recommend this lawyer to anybody be very careful of hiring him for your case....

I retained Mr. Poe and so far have had no problems with him, but his receptionists need some customer service training. Very abrupt and at times, rude, she was not informative, and went on vacation with no out of office email. People who are facing or proceeding with bankruptcy are already on edge, a...nd a rude/unhelpful/not available receptionist/paralegal is bad for business.
