Counsel financial institutions with regard to regulatory and compliance matters including issues related to financial privacy, the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering. Also litigate matters involving executive employment agreements, non-compete agreements, and wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Significant bench and jury trial experience including all stages of the trial process.
