Since there’s no way to give O (zero) stars I had to give 1 for the sake of this argument. I hired this attorney for a second time. First time he was referred by a close associate and Denis charged me 5k for less than 2 months of work altogether . No questions asked. Short term contact big retainer.... Although I had to be heavily involved and advocate for myself things worked in my favor. However I hired Denis a second time, 4k retainer for 3months and 650 monthly, no questions asked. Only to be misguided and dragged on for months with NO results and no regard. Constantly leaving messages and emails . His secretary/senior paralegal: Vanessa needs to be fired immediately. She holds a position of responsibility and ethics that doesn’t meet with honesty and integrity. She never follows up on anything and gives information out of her scope without consulting with Denis before hand . Be ready and wait to hear back from Denis about your concerns. I was looking at a big lawsuit and they did absolutely nothing and a judgment was issued. These people dragged my case and charged me for absolutely no work done on their behalf. , I got sued and was facing legal repercussions . Thankfully I was able to get legal help from a competent attorney who saved my case last minute. I would advertise his firm but I rather maintain my integrity and silence. These people are mishandling people’s money and real estate matters. This is major and detrimental for anyone facing legal actions against them and relying on attorneys who are supposed to represent their clients. If you have any legal matters don’t hire them , even if you don’t know any other lawyers and heard about Denis , trust me you’re better off choosing someone that isn’t referred. I never write reviews even if I don’t like the services, but this is worth taking the time to warn people about this man and his paralegal Vanessa she’s a horrible person. To summarize my experience. I called the office 15 times in one day and no answer I was desperate. I decided to call from a different number and Vanessa picked up, that’s when I knew they were taking me for a ride unfortunately for her she fell for the oldest trick in book and she had nothing to say …. Shame on you Vanessa and Denis Donet. This world is better off without people like you.
