Biography
Dairon Buergo was raised in Miami and is fluent in both English and Spanish. He is a South Florida criminal defense attorney who focuses his legal practice exclusive in the area of criminal defense. Prior to opening the Law Offices of Dairon Buergo, P.A., he was a prosecutor for the State of Florida. He attended Florida International University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics while graduating Cum Laude. While at Florida International University, he received the Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement in Economics. Soon after, he earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, he served as an Associate for the Nova Law Review and was a Certified Legal Intern with the Miami Dade Office of the State Attorney.
Mr. Buergo is admitted to practice both in the State of Florida and in Federal Court, specifically the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Buergo represents individuals throughout the entire state of Florida.
