Charles H. Baumberger co-founded Rossman, Baumberger, Reboso & Spier, P.A. more than 45 years ago and is today recognized for his work in personal injury law. Known for his many multimillion-dollar awards and settlements, he handles personal injury claims that include medical malpractice, railroad accidents, and more. A leader in defending railroad workers, he has been recognized by various railroad unions and is considered “designated legal counsel” by UTU, TCU, and IBEW. He’s a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law and has written for publications like Florida Civil Trial Practice and Trial Magazine. He’s a member of invitation-only organizations like the American Board of Trial Advocates, where he served as president.
