Candise Lynn Shanbron

Admitted to the Florida State Bar in 2003, Candise Shanbron has dedicated her entire legal career to handling insurance cases involving property damage and personal injury cases. She began her legal career representing insurance companies, which has provided her with great insight, unique vantage point and advantage in representing policyholders and injured individuals throughout the State of Florida. Today, Candise is the managing partner of Cernitz Law. Cernitz Law takes a collaborative approach to handling cases. All lawyers are involved in all the cases. They are constantly conducting round-table discussions on cases, as the lawyers of Cernitz Law believe that 2 heads are better than 1, 3 heads are better than 2 and so forth and so on. By taking a collaborative approach allows better flow of ideas, strategies, implementation and noticing the little details that may make a huge difference in the outcome and success of the case (the devil's in the details).

Candise runs Cernitz Law with her husband (and better half), Justin Cernitz. Candise and Justin are avid "foodies" and love their families. They simply have a zest for life. Their personal motto is "we love to live, we love to love and we love to laugh."
