I'm considering filing bankruptcy and looking at her reviews, i decided to call to get advice. Odette answered the phone and treated me as a VIP. I scheduled a phone appointment with Ms. Navarro who patiently explained my choices. That enlightened me and if I choose to file bankruptcy, I'll go to h...er office due to her honesty, patience, and knowledge.

This lady knows what she's talking about. I went to see several bankruptcy attorneys around town and it is clear that I was highly misinformed. They each gave me no more than 10 minutes of their time during a free consultation and Ms. Garcia's first free consult took about an hour since I discover...ed my case was much more complex than the other attorneys had implied - I have a business and several properties. I disagree with the comment made by the other person about not seeing the attorney. Ms. Garcia was referred to me by a personal friend who was a client of hers and had wonderful things to say about the office, and both her and I met with Ms. Garcia directly. I don't expect Ms. Garcia to be available at my beck and call because she's busy attending court and seeing clients, after all, that's what attorneys are paid for. Her staff is her support and I rather them tell me they need to ask her a question than to misinform me and provide me the wrong answer. Since filing my case there's been no surprises because Ms. Garcia had warned me about the hurdles and issues I would face. If you want honesty and direct legal advice, she's it.

Wasted my money with this guys. Never saw the Attorney. I wanted to see her for a second time, 300.00 check on the table. Very poor service. Hold on, let me ask Sandra.... BS. Paralegal Rafi is the most unprofessional person you can find. She has no clues. Don't waste your time and money. Over priced... for chapter 13. Lot of emails and no responses.
