I was a little weary of this attorney since some of the reviews weren't great, but my neighbor had great results so I trusted in the offices of John H. Ruiz. Since I went to the first meeting his personnel were all very helpful. I didn't meet with him directly at first, but he did come around and wa...s informed of my situation.... Needless to say I did not lose my home of over 25 years to Bank of America. we won and I could not be happier with the result.

I was referred to this attorney by one of his assistants thats a friend of mine. She was so helpful and was really up to date with my case. She also passed me on to the girl who was in charge of my case. The girl speaks very fast but she was wonderful and very accurate. I wanted more money than what ...was settled for, but sometimes we think our "case" is worth more than it really is. I want to thank not only the attorney Ruiz I want to thank the staff at the law office because although it took a little long, the results were great.
