Grisel is the worst human being, anti- immigrant and despicable attorney I ever encounter in my life. She humiliates her clients and openly mock them. She always criticize and make fun of the elderly/disabled people. Don't go there, you will loose your money and the only thing she will do for you is ...to take your hopes away.

Para mi dejo mucho que desear la única vez que me entrevisté con ella. Nada de lo que me dijo que era su opinión y nunca legalmente el caso se ajustó al tema. Más de la mitad del tiempo de consulta mía la pasó hablando sin ton ni son mal de los demás incluso hasta de una prima de ella. Varios comenta...rios racistas y xenofobicos salieron a la luz. Incluso en sus comentarios dijo varias malas palabras. Se contradijo y al final sólo resultó en que le di los $75:00 dólares de la consulta como una limosna. En definitiva, me asesoré muy bien con información televisiva y de internet. Metí mi caso por mi cuenta sin abogado y lo gané. La única pequeña traba ya ni fue con ella sino con la ineficiente trabajadora de Inmigración que estaba más perdida que nadie. Resultando mi caso ganado en un ma apelación por mi cuenta ante la Suprema Corte de Washington. No recomiendo a esta abogada ni para relleno en espacios televisivos. En estos más o menos cuarenta años que lleva ejerciendo a cuanta gente habrá embarcado?

I hired this attorney Gisela Ibarra because I heard a lot of good reviews about her. To be honest I think she pays to get her awards and also for her reviews. I paid her 120 for the consultation and from there on she requested additional of thousands more which I end up paying thinking she was workin...g on my case. She is a very sick evil person who have no heart for anyone who wants the American dream. She is very disrespectful and despicable person with no manner what so ever. I will also report her to the Florida Bar for stealing my money and not doing NOTHING what so ever on my case. May God have mercy on her soul. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HER!!

Grisel Ybarra is the worst of the worst. She is the most cruel person I have known as a lawyer. I went to her office to explain the case of my sick sister and she automatically insulted me saying that my sister could not come to this country because she was mentally retarded, in other words she said ...she was abnormall, that my little sister was never going to be allowed to enter the United States because she would never contribute anything to this country. She said it was better to have the Cuban marimberos who grow and sell marijuana because they are the ones who have given Miami development and progress. This lawyer is a shameless fake, unfortunate for insulting sick people and celebrating those who grow and sell drugs. She hates the Cubans in their entirety. She should not be a lawyer, she does not deserve her title or represent anyone. I want to tell you now that my little sister is already here in the USA. I got me a really good lawyer that did a great job. Now she is living with me. Get away from this bad lawyer, that charges a lot of money and after you pay the consultation fee then she insults you and takes away the hopes of bringing your family. Me, my family and friends will give bad reviews about you everywhere.!!!!
