A FINALES DEL AñO 2014 EN LA FAMILA SE NOS PRESENTO UN PROBLEMA CON INMIGRACION, DIOS EN SU INFINITA MISERICORDIA DESPUES DE VER A 5 ABOGADOS EN CONSULTAS GRATIS Y PAGADAS DE DONDE SALIAMOS CON MAS DECEPCION QUE CUANDO ENTRABAMOS PUES NO NOS PARECIA EL LUGAR CORRECTO DONDE DEBERIAMOS DEJAR NUESTR...O CASO UN AMIGO NOS HABLO DE LA DOCTORA YBARRA ADEMAS QUE YO DESDE EL AñO 1998 QUE ENTRE A ESTE PAIS LA ESCUCHABA HABLAR Y FUIMOS A VERLA A ELLA,CUANDO LLEGAMOS LLENOS DE TRISTEZA Y ESPERANZAS, TUVIMOS QUE ESPERAR MUCHO TIEMPO Y NO ENTENDIMOS PORQUE NOS CITABAN A UNA HORA Y NO NOS HABIAN LLAMADO HASTA QUE POR FIN NOS TOCO NUESTRO TURNO, CUANDO LLEGAMOS DONDE ELLA CON TODA LA AMABILIDAD Y, EDUCACION NOS MANDO A SENTAR Y CON ATENCION Y DANDONOS MUCHO TIEMPO PARA EXPLICAR NUESTRAS RAZONES QUE NOS LLEVABAN A ELLA ESCUCHO ATENTAMENTE,, DEJANDO EL RELOJ CORRER Y ESTANDO FUERA UNA LARGA FILA DE PERSONAS QUE COMO NOSOTROS TAMBIEN ESPERABAN POR ELLA ENTONCES PONIENDO SENTIDO COMUN NOS DIMOS CUENTA QUE LA ESPERA POR LA DOCTORA ERA PORQUE ELLA SE TOMABA EL TIEMPO NECESARIO CON SUS CLIENTE PARA SER ESCUCHADOS, DESPUES DE EXPONER NUESTRO CASO , Y ELLA EXPLICARNOS EN TERMINOS PARA NOSOTROS COMPLETAMENTE ENTENDIBLES HABLAMOS DE HONORARIOS MUY RAZONABLES E INCLUSO MUCHO MAS BAJOS QUE EN OTRAS OFICINAS DONDE PERCIBIMOS QUE EL CONOCIMIENTO LEGAL ESTAB ESCASO O SIMPLEMENTE TE ATENDIA UN EXTRAñO, Y PUSIMOS NUESTRO CASO EN SUS MANOS HOY ES 11 DE JUNIO DEL 2015 Y ACABO DE SALIR DE LA OFICINA DE LA DOCTORA YBARRA CON MI CASO RESULTO , NO TENGO PALABRAS DE AGRADECIMIENTO, PARA ESTA MUJER ,, PROFESIONAL, SENCILLA, INTELIGENTE, Y SOBRE TODO SIENDO UNA PERSONA TAN RECONOCIDA Y RESPETADA SEA TAN HUMILDE, QUISIERA DEJAR SABER QUE EN MEDIO DE TODOS ESTOS LARGOS MESES QUE ESTUVIMOS CON ELLA JAMAS DEJO DE COMUNICARSE CON NOSOTROS SIEMPRE FUIMOS CONTACTADOS EN LAS FECHAS QUE ELLA NOS DECIA ES DECIR UNA PERSONA TOTALMENTE PROFESIONAL, SI TUVIESE QUE REFERIR SUS SERVICIOS A ALGUIEN QUE ESTE SUFRIENDO COMO NOSOTROS POR TENER UN PROBLEMA EL CUAL DEPENDA DE SU CONICIMIENTO , LE DIRIA ADELANTE CON LOS OJOS CERRADOS, PARA MI HABERLA CONOCIDO FUE UNA BENDICION NOS DEVOLVIO LA VIDA SIN DUDARLO, PONDRIA EN ELLA CUALQUIER CASO PUES POR MI EXPERIENCIA SOLO ELLA CON LA MANO DE DIOS LE DEVOLVIERON LA ALEGRIA A UNA FAMILA ENTERA, GRACIAS GRISEL YBARRA, POR SER COMO ERES Y POR ENCERRAR EN TI ESA HERMOSA MUJER QUE ERES Y POR TU SENSILLEZ, ERES UNA REINA UNA GUERRERA DEJAS TU CORAZON EN BATALLA POR TU GENTE TE QUEREMOS ,. I work in consultation. Not law, but there is one simple fact, your client is paying for your knowledge and expertise. However, your client also pays you because they expect for you to be transparent and genuine. Grisel Ybarra is not only rude, she is disrespectful, bashes other lawyers when in reali...ty she's just like those that she bashes. She's stuck in the stone age, no electronic records, so when you ask her for copies or receipts, she will scream at you, and hang up on you. Makes you wonder? Who likes paying for a service, where they get screamed at for no particular reason. Actually, there is a reason... her staf exudes ineptitude. They can't change simple things like an address from their records, so if you move... you're screwed buddy, you better hope your mail gets forwarded. Oh, you would like to receive email updates? What is email? No such thing in that office... I actually don't think they have internet there. By the way, 80% of the staff can't read nor write well enough in english nor in spanish. So if you happen to receive a letter from immigration, saying there are some mistakes in your application, there is a good possibility they made those mistakes :) But what? They lawyer is filling these out, that's why I'm paying thousands of dollars! Think again. She's merely delegating, probably not really reviewing. Funny enough, I have never written these kind of reviews, but the fact of the matter is, people need to know what they're getting themselves into. I'm very young, I have worked for every penny I have given this lady, it's going to be more than $12,000 very soon. And the reason I'm writing this is because, she was very disrespectful to me... her client. Not only raised her tone at me, but threatened to walk away from the case, because according to her "it's easy for [her], that's what [she does]". I understand if you get defensive about someone disrespecting you, but I didn't... she just lashed and clicked on me. Simple psychology tells you that she is hiding something. I'm very sorry but.. you don't act that way. She might be educated, she might have some years of experience on her back, but there is absolutely no class, etiquete, nor ethic in her work. I'm a young man... I had to stop school to pay her. She left me with nothing. It's just not fair.
