I had the first appointment with her and she seemed fine. She told me what I papers I needed to take , about the process and what it would cost. I called today to ask her about something that we had discussed in the meeting that wasn't clear to me and her assistant called back telling me they woul...d charge $100. for any question over the phone. I told him we had discussed this in the first meeting and he told me we had to pay . He was not friendly and not helpfull at all.....I found it ridiculous!!!! That is no way to treat a client. With that kind of service I will go elsewhere.
