I hired this firm to handle a red light ticket. After paying the attorney fees I was assessed $277.00 court fees. The firm never advised I would have to pay this insanely high court fee. I would have been better off just paying the $158 amount from the citation. The firm does not communicate anything... with you and you constantly have to call for status. Do not use.

This lawyer was EXTREMELY rude to me. He was supposed to represent my son in a traffic court case and before the case came up, he finally answered my call after several attempts to speak to him. When I had the chance to speak to him, he wouldn't let me get a word in and then proceeded to call my son... a "loser, and then told me that I was a loser, too." Then he made a few more rude comments, and hung up on me! He is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Beware.

I hired Scott Hidnert in August of 2008. During and before my minor "Improper Lane Change" case... I never spoke with him personally because he would never return my calls. It took me getting a late fee from the Miami-Dade County Clerk and threatened to have my license suspended before I even knew wh...at happened in the court case. I spoke with Scott after the case was final, only after calling his office daily for over a week. When he got on the phone he was rude, disrespectful, and constantly spoke over me. I was simply trying to ask him a few questions. I would never recommend Scott to anyone and will never work with him or his office again.
