Defense Base Act attorney that helped me receive a settlement

The insurance company kept trying to screw me over and I hired a DBA attorney and right away I didn't feel good about him. I searched online for the best DBA attorneys and I kept reading great things about the firm of Gillis, Mermell & Pacheco. I talked to them and knew they had been doing this awhile and I felt good about them. The insurance company fought me on everything and I would call upset and Rebecca was there for me and would walk me through what she was doing and calm me down. In the end Rebecca flew to Louisiana and we met with Insurance companies lawyers and were able to settle for a good amount. Triumphant result in my Defense Base Act case!

In meeting Ms. Rebecca Peake we were engaged in my case from the very beginning. She took the time to inform me of my options, give recommendations, and left the choices up to me, her client.
