DO NOT HIRE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

I strongly advise against hiring Luis Padron. My experience was deeply frustrating and quite frankly unacceptable from start to finish. From the outset, he was consistently irate and appeared unfamiliar with even the basic facts of my case. I often had to remind him of key details and reiterate my ow...n objectives, something no client should have to do. Rather than providing thoughtful legal guidance, he repeatedly told me to “just give up” especially during mediation so he could push the case to trial. He would promise me that the Judge would without a doubt give me certain things. A significant portion of our communications (easily 75% of our phone calls) was spent listening to him complain about opposing parties, other attorneys, and even judges. And then I was charged for these calls! The only helpful individuals in the office were a paralegal and a couple of associates, both of who left the firm in the middle of my case. Their departures only added to the instability I was already experiencing with Mr. Padron. To make matters worse Mr. Padron's billing raised serious concerns. I was frequently contacted by the receptionist about my bill, which would inexplicably increase even when no substantive work had been done. I was charged for emails and phone calls that never occurred. Overall, this experience felt less like professional representation and more like being talked down to while my account was drained. Do not hire this attorney unless you are prepared for unnecessary stress, questionable billing, and being treated like a child rather than a client.

A Lawyer's Lawyer

I am attorney who needed an attorney for my own divorce. Luis Padron came through like a champ and resolved my case quickly and efficiently. Great advice and a fair resolution. Highly recommending him.

Trust and Integrity

As a Father, I became intimately involved with my daughter's paternity suit brought against her by the father of her baby. The father's strategy was one of constant filings of litigation with the courts and false accusations against my daughter. We initially started this journey with another attorney... who proved to be incapable of keeping up with the flow of filings from opposing counsel and who didn't seem to have enough time to spend on our case. Eight weeks into this legal process, after careful consideration and discussions with family and friends, we decided to go in a different direction and hired Luis Padron's team. After meeting with Luis and team, we felt for the first time - at ease. After a short period of time meeting with Luis we had a high level of trust that we were in the "foxhole" with the right guy to fight this battle. Throughout the process, Luis took the time to explain the status of the case and layout options in "plain English". He was completely buttoned up and prepared for every hearing or notification from the courts and he would constantly keep us informed. Most people thought the result wouldn't be in our favor mostly due to a FL state statute, UCCJEA. They were wrong and we won the case. The opposing side Appealed the court's decision. When the court of Appeals refused a continuance for an oral presentation due to conflicts in schedules, Luis cleared his calendar at a moments notice, attended the hearing and was prepared to present our case and represent us to the highest level. We WON the Appeal. I have never been involved with any litigation before in my life of 60 years. The process is stressful and painful to say the least. What I've learned through this - there are many attorney's in this world who are willing to take on cases and the income. It's a difficult course to navigate, to be able to find someone to help you - someone who operates with a high level of integrity, trust and commitment to what you're fighting for. I'm grateful that I found Luis and his team.

Best Divroce Attorney

The first day I met Mr. Padron he told me how my divorce was going to turn out. You have to imagine that although I wanted to believe that would be the outcome, I couldn't. Over the following 3 years his knowledge of the law, his strategic approach and his unique courtroom manner made those words a... reality. He was thorough, no nonsense and above all professional. I recommend Mr. Padron without ANY hesitation. He was my attorney and now a friend.

Blessing in disguise

I had been divorced for 4 years when my former husband stopped paying my permanent alimony. I hired my previous attorney and 3 months into the case she had to close down her practice. The names of several well respected and reputable attorneys were given to me. I interviewed 3 and Luis Padron was und...oubtedly the attorney I wanted representing me. His knowledge of family law is superior and it exhibits in court. He kept me informed of every detail in my case. My calls were always returned the same day if he could not take it immediately. Luis is a very detailed and diligent lawyer, when it comes time to prepare for court he goes above and beyond. We had 3 hearing and Luis was exceptional. I must also mention his associates and office staff. They were always helpful, kind and caring. Luis has created an amazing team. I was at a loss when my previous attorney retired.......Luis Padron was definitely a blessing in disguise. I will be forever grateful.
