Lourdes Fernandez is sharp, knowledgeable, hardworking, and truly Top Notch. Always responsive She is up-to-date with current laws and changes, she keeps up with technology, which gives her an edge. She kept me informed of my rights and the actions i was entitled to take. She looked out for MY in...terest, while showing me both sides and options, and was always willing to fight for me if there was something worth fighting for. She made me feel as if I were her ONLY client, unlike other attorneys I've dealt with. Her personal touch is like none other. Ms Fernandez was our lawyer in a case to relocate with minor child. I don't believe she has much experience within this field. She misinformed us, held back the progress, lacked any kind of structure, had an unprofessional tone, did not take the time to listen, and finally accused us (her own client...s) of lying to her. We had to replace her two months before the trial.

Lourdes was my second lawyer in my divorce case. My first lawyer (whom charged 40% more per hour) was in my opinion inept, uncommunicative, and unresponsive to my requests for settlement.
