Kevin Brown is a smart, well educated litigator. Like many attorneys, he is weak at follow up and follow through. He agreed to a flat fee and did not finish my case. He stated he wants more money. He tells me his bill is now $50,000 and then billed me for $150,000 though our contract is a flat fee. ...

Replied last October 13, 2018The Florida Bar imposes strict prohibitions against the disclosure of confidential client information, including the terms of representation, and I take the issue of client confidentiality extremely seriously, even when, as in this case, protecting such confidentiality prevents me from responding fully to false critiques from former clients. I can only say that Diana's post misrepresents the terms of our agreement.
