This firm saved my home.
I had a foreclosure that was very advanced,when I retain Lic. Marrero, and BOA had denied my case multiple times. But the staff of Lic. Julio Marrero took my case and made it a priority and set an appt. with the bank to discuss my case and soon after I was approved. This firm saved my home. Thanks!

We are very pleased to say that with the help of Mr.Marrero's law firm. I was able to obtain a loan modification under tha gov't program after not paying my home for 4 years. Also the firm was able to obtain a balance deferral of $267.000.00 and saved my home from foreclosure.
