Thanks to Marrero I saved my home

GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT. I HIRED MR. MARRERO IN JUNE OF 2010. THE BANK WAS NOT BEING VERY COOPERATIVE OR HELPFUL BUT DUE TO MY ATTORNEY'S PERSISTANCE AND PERFORMANCE WE OBTAINED A GREAT MODIFICATION!

Saved our Home.
When I hired Julio Marrero and his staff to help me keep my home I already had a sale date scheduled. Not only was he able to stop the sale, he was able to get me a modification as well. Even thou the bank did not reduce my principal I was able to keep my home with an affordable payment.
