If I could give zero stars, I would. Paying approximately $6,000 in cash for what I received remains one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made. I retained this firm for what should have been a straightforward child support matter, yet I walked away feeling that almost nothing meaningful was acc...omplished. Communication was consistently poor. When I reached out about important developments, I felt like my case was never a priority. Emails and calls led to little progress, and I was repeatedly told my attorney was busy with other matters. The most alarming part of my experience was receiving legal documents that contained another client’s personal information. That level of carelessness is unacceptable and seriously undermined my confidence in the quality of the firm’s work. Time later, when I asked about moving forward with the same matter, I was told I would need to pay an additional $2,500 instead of receiving meaningful follow-up on the work I had already paid for. As a single mother of three, $6,000 was not just a legal fee, it was years of hard-earned savings. I expected dedication, professionalism, and real advocacy. Instead, I felt ignored, deeply disappointed, and left with the impression that collecting fees mattered far more than obtaining results. I hope the firm’s leadership reads this review because clients deserve better. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this law firm AT ALL!!!!
