Leisy Jimenez

This is Leysi Jimenez and I’m so glad you have chosen me to represent you. I focus on several areas of legal practice such as Immigration, Family Law, Foreclosure, and Criminal Justice. I have experience representing clients at mediations, temporary hearings, and trials. I have also managed and prepared cases, attended court hearings, and drafted motions to reopen cases. All this has been possible thanks to my education, which I received at the Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science Magna Cum Laude in Criminal Justice.

I have received training in labor certification and non-immigrant visas, prepared uncontested divorced documents, prepared Adjustment of Status and Naturalization applications, and worked closely with clients to gather supporting documentation. I have also performed research and drafted legal memoranda on Asylum, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), and Waivers such as Non-LPR and 212(h).

I also worked as a legal assistant while in law school which helped me get more familiar with all the paperwork and administrative duties associated with many cases I handle today. My background and experience has helped me deliver a solid representation in the areas of law I practice. It doesn’t matter how complex your case is, I’m willing to represent you and do everything under my power to resolve your legal issue.
