We hired Mr. Wehby to work on my uncle's probate, which was complicated by the absence of a Will. From the very beginning he display great attention to detail on our situation and took time explain our options and what would be required. Throughout the process, he kept us in the loop on the trajector...y of the case and prepared numerous "extra" documents that went above and beyond the basic probate requirements in order to maximize our protection and what we could get from the estate. I recall him often sending emails late into the night regarding our case, showing just how much time and effort he expended. Ultimately, the probate went smoothly and we managed to secure the assets for all parties' benefit. Would highly recommend him for all probate needs.
