Let me begin by saying, I am truly impressed with how professional Mr. Kaplan is. He is great at what he does. He is always available to speak with me when ever I need him. Mr. Kaplan is all bark, no bite. He tells you what you want to hear but then takes little significant action. He was late to a hearing scheduled by his office. His work/staff's work had serious errors in it from day one including the wrong county/court, wrong use of hers/his, causing me to review a...nd correct several times each document. He over billed me for tens of hours requiring me to go back into my cell phone records to set the invoice straight...every single time. Mr. Kaplan never fought for me, he takes the easy road and just lays down due to laziness when he's against a better lawyer.
