Kenneth Kaplan

I searched all over South Florida for a family lawyer. I called everyone, even paid consultation fees, not for Mr. Kaplan however. After research was done it was clear I would use Kenneth Kaplan. There are so many reasons why. -1- Mr. Kaplan was extremely knowledgeable, explained to me things that... no other lawyer did. I was in a case that was extremely delicate and needed expert help. Kenneth was clear and precise. I am a teacher for 36 years, I felt Kenneth was the best teacher I ever had, he laid out my situation and what it would take to achieve our desired result. -2- Available, he answered the phone, texts, emails and even let me in his office on different occasions. There was so many things and aspects to the case I did not understand but Kenneth was there to help me. Ken Kaplan has represented me for three years. He fought for me and got me Custody of my son. He is always well prepared and he and I have an open line of communication. He answers all of my questions. I am still litigating with my Ex and we will probably be in Court for several more year...s. I would not want to go into battle with any other Attorney than Mr. Kaplan. I highly recommend him to anyone who has children!!!

Worst experience. Greedy for money. Had an agreement for 2000 bucks for my case and ended up paying more than 6500 bucks and case was lost. My ex took injunction against me based on false accusations and I kept on asking him to defend me in court as I had enough evidences to prove myself innocent. In...stated of listening to me, he ended up me accepting indefinite injunction in court. The other party was a free legal aid attorney who did better then him.
