Roger A Alvarez

Roger A. Alvarez concentrates his practice solely representing clients in residential and commercial property damage claims against insurance companies, as well as clients who have suffered personal injuries.     

Mr. Alvarez received his B.A. in English Literature from Florida State University.  He received his J.D. from Howard University School of Law.  While completing his law degree, he interned for the Honorable Ricardo M. Urbina of the U.S. District for the District of Colombia and the International Trade Commission.   He was admitted to the Florida Bar in July, 2008.

Prior to opening his own practice in January, 2012, Mr. Alvarez previously worked at Anidjar & Levine from November, 2010 to January, 2012, where he started the firm’s first party property department representing homeowners with property claims against insurance companies.  Prior to joining Anidjar & Levine, Mr. Alvarez worked at Rubinton & Laufer from October, 2009 to November, 2010, representing insurance companies in residential and commercial property claims.  Mr. Alvarez previously worked for Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler from November, 2004 to October, 2009, working in commercial litigation and representing financial institutions and lending companies. 

Mr. Alvarez is a former child abuse investigator with the Florida Department of Children and Families, and a former Guardian Ad Litem volunteer for Miami Dade and Broward counties.  He is also fluent in Spanish.
