Howard Jerome Levine

Attorney Howard Levine is an excellent Attorney. He was my Attorney when I was the President of the he Villas of Miami Lakes, to n Miami Lakes, FL A unit owner named Gus Abela wrongly accused me of passing out fliers that contained information deemed derogatory by Mr. Abella's Mr. Abella's demanded a... trial by jury. He took me to court and promptly lost. The jury unanimously found me not guilty Mr. Sbella wanted an appeal but the judge said no.Neefless to say, Mr Sbella was furious. The Court held a hearing after the trial to determine damages that Mr Abella would be responsible to pay the judge determined that Mr Abella owed my attorney,Mr. Levine, $65,000.00. Mr. Levine will be requesting an additional $25,000.00 to cover my expenses. Mr.Abella has not yet made good on tbat debt owed. For whatever reason, whether it be out of misplaced anger over the huge loss of a jury by trial, or because of spite, or even because he is just a miserable old troublemaker, Mr Abella has taken it upon himself to write in review statements like this one along with various & sundry reviewer statements throughout social media sites, complaints about Mr. Levine & myself to discredit our unsoilided reputations & upright characters. In my case, Mr. Abella has tried relentlessly to appropriate misinformation to attempt to assisinate me at every possible juncture. I am a Teacher & Administrator in the Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS). While I was teaching at Madison middle School back in the late 1990's, there was a teacher who was accused of inappropriate behaviour. As the Department Chair over that teacher, & as Union Steward, it was my name ,& the Principal's who worked tirelessly to investigate this a accusation. To shield the teacher from unfair & unjust comments, it wasy name that was put out there & the Principal's, a Ms. Thelma Davis,again, to protect the teacher accused. who asked the student, who was the accuser. The Principal, M-DCPS police, & I tried to meet with this student's relatives to try to resolve this accusation. We tried several times to meet but to no avail. This student's relatives always agreed to meet, however, they never showed up. This student was abruptly removed from the school & his relatives contacted us to say that he had great difficultly in yelling the truth so they withdrew the student so that they could get him some help. So the Principal, M-DCPS's police & myself closed the case nvestigation in favor of the ACC s f teacher. My name was used on the report, again, to protect the teacher from any false & misleading rumors that had the potential of damaging his work as a teacher. .Mr. Abella got a hold of this report from the M-DCPS. It is a public document, but Mr. Abella's falsely thinks that I was the teacher who was accused. He has thus gone out of his way to call me a "pedofile" or "one who shouldn't have little boys around." He has done so by writing these kinds of comments in reviewer sections of social media such as this one. He has also called,am I'm not kidding when isaythis, hundreds of times & had someone else call in his behalf to harrass & threaten me with unfounded & untrue comments Mr. Abella has like wise done the same with Attorney Mr. Levine. The time before the Judge met to discuss financial damages that Mr. Abella's would be required to pay, Mr. Abella, called Attorney Mr. Levine & threatened to "blow his brains out." Clearly,Mr. Abella's is not aWell person. He did not hire Attorney Mr. Levine, I did. Therefore, Mr. Abella's should not, in good faith, bewritungcomments about an attorney's work when he has no idea of what the attorney is like. It is because Mr. Abella is suffering from 'sour grapes' mentality after being defeated in court. His comments are baseless & he is severely misinformed. PLEASE be under advisement to not take anything Mr. Abella communicates as being false & misleading. He needs help & does not understand the impact of his behavior.
