Ally is an awesome attorney! This process is not easy or fun and my busy schedule kept delaying me a lot, but she is persistent and diligent in helping break it down to making estate planning easy. There are lots of documents and details and she kept me and the details in order and moving forward. ... Not an easy feat. A much needed service and until she really explained why and how it worked, I would have never have know nor given it the attention it deserves. Not many estate planning attorneys have the combination of such skills, knowledge and persistence to get this done. Ally has a fun and great attitude all the way through making it a delight.

Allyson Glaser is a credit to her profession and friend who can be counted on in hard times. Two years ago, we sought her help in preparing dad's will. I cannot imagine any probate attorney doing better work for a client than what Ally Glaser did last year for my niece. My niece lives in Cusco, Peru, her husband past away leaving sizable accounts in Miami in his name only. My niece is Peruvian, not American, so you can imagine the complexity of the... whole thing. No problem - Ally unraveled the many strands of the puzzle with uncommon wizardry and indefatigable research - end result, my niece got all she was entitled to, in addition to insurance monies that were not part of the deal - an act of generosity on Ally's part, so to speak. Moreover, in spite of all the endless paperwork, Ally has an infectious joie de vivre rarely found among the tribe of dour attorneys, and who as a client does not want to get that from an attorney?

Sadly, my father passed away almost 5 years ago. Being intimidated by the whole probate process my siblings and I just ignored the issue. So 5 years later we decided to hire Ally Glaser and we are so relieved we did. Should have done it long ago. The summary of administration process only took about... a month and thanks to Ally the process was as smooth as could be. She asks so many questions ahead of time so that all the what if ' s and possible road blocks are addressed ahead of time. Very sweet, professional, and knowledgeable. Would recommend her anytime.
