I hired Aaron and his team in 2017 for my Green Card Application. He took on that process in its entirety and helped me achieve my immigration goals expeditiously. I didn’t need to hire him for my citizenship application (N-400), but he did give me fantastic advise so I could do that (and my 10 year ...green card application since I got a provisional green card the first time) on my own. That said if I didn’t have as much time on my hands I’d have hired him for that too (it was a simple but time consuming process). I highly recommend Aaron for your employment-based visa needs. He worked on my work visas, green card, and citizenship paperwork. More importantly, he knows how to address RFEs when USCIS requests additional evidence for a given visa. His instructions provide a clear path of what needs to be done in... a timely manner.

Mr. Blumberg's fees are outrageous AND he doesn't know what he is doing. While my employer was perfectly happy to sponsor me for a Green Card, he convinced them that it wasn't worth it, saying that the chances were too low. I talked to 3 or 4 different lawyers who completely disagreed and I had one... ready to take the case but my employer only works with Blumberg. He is very limited in what he does. If you need a good immigration lawyer, go somewhere else!
