Successful green card and citizenship applications!

I hired Aaron and his team in 2017 for my Green Card Application. He took on that process in its entirety and helped me achieve my immigration goals expeditiously. I didn’t need to hire him for my citizenship application (N-400), but he did give me fantastic advise so I could do that (and my 10 year ...green card application since I got a provisional green card the first time) on my own. That said if I didn’t have as much time on my hands I’d have hired him for that too (it was a simple but time consuming process). Here we are almost 4 years after hiring Aaron and I just found out I passed my citizenship interview and expect to be sworn in for citizenship in the coming weeks. I am so grateful to Aaron and his team for their help. It was worth it!

Professional and Helpful

My wife’s employer had directed us to Mr. Blumberg as his firm has been contracted for Immigration matters. We filed EB1-B application with Mr. Blumberg’s help. He has good knowledge and good patience when it comes to explaining things. He was extremely professional and punctual. Our case had few co...mplications including RFE, but he handled it well. He sought a lot of information and help to put response very unique RFE, which took a lot of time but he filed it and we got our application approved well within the normal time lines. He was honest and upfront about the delays or issues but at the same time was very reassuring. Whenever we had questions he allotted time for phone call and took time to answer all questions to our satisfaction. Like most of applicants we were nervous for time-frame our application was in process but he was always there to give us advice whenever we were anxious. I would highly recommend Mr. Blumberg.

Extremely high professionalism, sincere, knowledgeable and punctual - highly recommended.

My family joins me to thank Mr. Arron Blumberg for working on our cases. From the very first meeting, he exhibited extremely high professionalism, punctuality and made clear form the start about all options and possibilities how cases can go and what can be done. Any email that we sent with concern o...r questions, he answered in detail, and with in 24 hours. His consultations, knowledge and attention to details made us worry free. We also recommended his services to at least 6 more friends in the last 3 to 4 years and they can't thank us enough!! With excellent communication ability and prompt responsiveness Mr Blumberg provided us high quality of service and very much the best value for our money. We are extremely pleased with his honest, sincere attention to our cases and their outcomes. Thank you so so much!!!

Do not hire!

Mr. Blumberg's fees are outrageous AND he doesn't know what he is doing. While my employer was perfectly happy to sponsor me for a Green Card, he convinced them that it wasn't worth it, saying that the chances were too low. I talked to 3 or 4 different lawyers who completely disagreed and I had one... ready to take the case but my employer only works with Blumberg. He is very limited in what he does. If you need a good immigration lawyer, go somewhere else!

I appreciate your feedback, and the opportunity to respond. Without knowing your identify and the specific facts involved in your case, I can only respond to your concerns broadly. If you would like to discuss your specific concerns in detail, please feel free to call or email me so we can set up a meeting. As to your general concerns about the cost and quality of my representation, please understand that I am legally obligated by the Florida Bar and Rules of Professional Conduct to provide honest and accurate information/advice to my clients, even when that information is not positive. There are many instances where certain types of cases (e.g. PERM Labor Certification) are historically difficult, if not impossible, to get approved (for example, certain positions which require a Bachelor's degree only). In those instances, I try to explain to the client (employer and employee) the chances of success and to provide reasonable alternatives, if such alternatives exist. I also look at prior cases I've filed for that same employer or similarly situated employers to see if the outcome was positive or negative and what could be done differently in the case at hand. Also, please understand that if your employer ultimately decided to not move forward with your case, this meant that myself and my firm lost the opportunity to provide our services to you and your employer. Many of the employers that have retained our firm often have limited budgets and expect a realistic assessment of the strength of a case, so that they do not have to spend money if there is little hope for a successful outcome. Regarding fees, please note that I work for Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP, the oldest and largest immigration firm in the world. Our firm is continually recognized as the best corporate immigration firm in the world. As we strive to provide the best immigration representation, our fees reflect the high quality of our work product and customer service. Finally, please understand that I chose to enter into immigration law because I have a passion for helping foreign nationals and the companies who employ them. A happy client who receives his/her green card is the greatest professional satisfaction I can receive. Again, thank you for your feedback and please feel free to contact me so we can discuss your case further. Regards, Aaron Blumberg

Successful client who is completely satisfied with Outcome!

I am sorry to hear the perspective of one Aaron's clients and I totally disagree with his/her assessment. Aaron was always honest, forthcoming and provided me with right advice in a timely manner. I may not have liked his advice based on my situation at that time, but as my attorney I would expect ...right advice all the time. In retrospect that apparently pays off with right strategy in navigating through the maze of permanent residency filing process. This is what any client should look for in an attorney. And I am glad that I chose to go with Aaron. His advice and feedback helped me tremendously to improve my application and made it a winner. I haven't met any attorney or a doctor who wants to lose a case or fail a patient. And I for one strongly believe that Aaron works very hard with highest ethics on cases, and this is a true based on my personal experiences (EB-2 and EB-1 of mine both got approved and my best friends EB-1 got approved). That is like 3 applications getting approved as I personally know about.
