Successful green card and citizenship applications!
I hired Aaron and his team in 2017 for my Green Card Application. He took on that process in its entirety and helped me achieve my immigration goals expeditiously. I didn’t need to hire him for my citizenship application (N-400), but he did give me fantastic advise so I could do that (and my 10 year ...

Professional and Helpful
My wife’s employer had directed us to Mr. Blumberg as his firm has been contracted for Immigration matters. We filed EB1-B application with Mr. Blumberg’s help. He has good knowledge and good patience when it comes to explaining things. He was extremely professional and punctual. Our case had few co...

Extremely high professionalism, sincere, knowledgeable and punctual - highly recommended.
My family joins me to thank Mr. Arron Blumberg for working on our cases. From the very first meeting, he exhibited extremely high professionalism, punctuality and made clear form the start about all options and possibilities how cases can go and what can be done. Any email that we sent with concern o...

Do not hire!
Mr. Blumberg's fees are outrageous AND he doesn't know what he is doing. While my employer was perfectly happy to sponsor me for a Green Card, he convinced them that it wasn't worth it, saying that the chances were too low. I talked to 3 or 4 different lawyers who completely disagreed and I had one...
I appreciate your feedback, and the opportunity to respond. Without knowing your identify and the specific facts involved in your case, I can only respond to your concerns broadly. If you would like to discuss your specific concerns in detail, please feel free to call or email me so we can set up a meeting. As to your general concerns about the cost and quality of my representation, please understand that I am legally obligated by the Florida Bar and Rules of Professional Conduct to provide honest and accurate information/advice to my clients, even when that information is not positive. There are many instances where certain types of cases (e.g. PERM Labor Certification) are historically difficult, if not impossible, to get approved (for example, certain positions which require a Bachelor's degree only). In those instances, I try to explain to the client (employer and employee) the chances of success and to provide reasonable alternatives, if such alternatives exist. I also look at prior cases I've filed for that same employer or similarly situated employers to see if the outcome was positive or negative and what could be done differently in the case at hand. Also, please understand that if your employer ultimately decided to not move forward with your case, this meant that myself and my firm lost the opportunity to provide our services to you and your employer. Many of the employers that have retained our firm often have limited budgets and expect a realistic assessment of the strength of a case, so that they do not have to spend money if there is little hope for a successful outcome. Regarding fees, please note that I work for Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP, the oldest and largest immigration firm in the world. Our firm is continually recognized as the best corporate immigration firm in the world. As we strive to provide the best immigration representation, our fees reflect the high quality of our work product and customer service. Finally, please understand that I chose to enter into immigration law because I have a passion for helping foreign nationals and the companies who employ them. A happy client who receives his/her green card is the greatest professional satisfaction I can receive. Again, thank you for your feedback and please feel free to contact me so we can discuss your case further. Regards, Aaron Blumberg

Successful client who is completely satisfied with Outcome!
I am sorry to hear the perspective of one Aaron's clients and I totally disagree with his/her assessment. Aaron was always honest, forthcoming and provided me with right advice in a timely manner. I may not have liked his advice based on my situation at that time, but as my attorney I would expect ...
