Scott Andrew Wagner

Scott Wagner has appeared in over 150 federal court civil actions at the trial and appellate levels, taking many cases to verdict as first chair trial attorney, earning national recognition in federal courts around the country, as well as before international arbitration tribunals.

A graduate with Honors and Distinction from Yale University, Mr. Wagner earned his B.A. in History while participating as a four year member of the University’s Football Team. Scott Wagner is an alumnus from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served on the School’s State, Regional and National Trial Teams.

Wagner’s high stakes business and trial experience spans from complex commercial cross-border transactions to disputes involving businesses, construction defects, fraud and civil RICO, and those involving personal injury and death.

In addition, Mr. Wagner also utilizes his specialized expertise in matters involving maritime and aviation disputes.
