With more than 30 years in practice, Luis de Armas represents clients in corporate and securities law, as well as real estate finance and transactions.  He has a strong reputation for structuring and negotiating complex mergers and acquisitions, including acquisitions of financial institutions, leveraged transactions and international transactions.  Many foreign institutions rely on him to represent their investments and operations in the United States.  He was born in Havana, Cuba, and has lived in South Florida since 1960.
