My sister (minor back then) and I hired this lawyer for our asylum case in 2019, in one of the appointments we had with him and his rude translator, he lost his patience punching the table we were sitting in, he left the room “to get some air” my sister and I were really scared since his attitude was...

Thanks to the excellent services of the lawyer Federico Maciá, and his great team, I managed to obtain the Green Card. I have worked with him since 2014, in 2015 I obtained the approval of the L1 work visa, in 2016 I obtained the renewal and in the year 2017 we approved the residency.

Federico Macia has been my immigration lawyer for 10 years, always with a 100% approval in all cases presented. Great Attorney, always up to date with every change in regulations from uscis.
"I have known Fred Macia for over 30 years. He is incredibly smart and extremely trustworthy. Whenever I have any question regarding immigration law I call Fred Macia. I have examined the "misconduct" at The Florida Bar's website and found that it involves one bounced check in 2009 where the funds were placed in the wrong account for 24 hours or so and then transferred to the correct account. I would recommend this attorney to anyone who needs help with immigration law."
"Since going solo in 2004, I have frequently conferred with Fred Macia on questions of law and process in some of the most complicated immigration and visa cases I have encountered. Fred is always willing to be available to “brainstorm” on difficult issues and case strategies. He knows and understands the complexities of the law and the details of government rules and applies them to the facts of each case with unquestioned expertise. Although he has been admonished for an unfortunate accounting issue in his office - a one time incident that was promptly resolved once brought to his attention - I know from long personal experience that Fred's professional ethics and legal competence are beyond question. I highly recommend him without hesitation."
"I have known attorney Macia for over 15 years now. He is an excellent and diligent advocate for his clients; very competent and experienced in the field of immigration law. I endorse this lawyer."

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2010.
Admonishment issued in FL, 2010
updated on 05/02/2012An admonition means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The Bar gives the lawyer an admonition in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
“The Bar issued a report of minor misconduct based on failure to keep required trust accounting records. No complaint was filed by a client, attorney, court, or any other person. The only violation was a failure to set up internal recordkeeping of bank accounts under Bar Rule 5-1.2. The Report states: "Respondent has no prior disciplinary history during his nineteen years of practice, and is well regarded in the community. There is no indication of a dishonest or selfish motive in this case."”
