As Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator and Divorce Attorney since 2010, my practice focuses exclusively on all aspects of complex Family and Marital Law matters. I've handled complex estates as relates to equitable distribution, alimony, timesharing, child-related issues, business valuations, drafting and negotiating agreements (marital settlement, prenuptial and postnuptial), relocation matters, and/or modification actions.
Prior to opening my own firm, Nicole Alvarez Family Law, I worked at Foster-Morales PLLC from 2010-2025, which is ranked as a Tier 1 Law firm by US News and World Report.
