William Thomas Brady Jr.

William Brady has been a practicing attorney and a member of the Florida Bar since 1995.  Mr. Brady  was rated a Family Law Super Lawyer in 2014 and 2015.  Mr. Brady focuses on complex divorce and child custody cases. The firm   also handles child support and alimony issues, modifications, prenuptial agreements, property division, and domestic violence cases. 

Although Mr. Brady is recognized as a skilled and experienced “Super Lawyer”, his career does not define him.  He is a proud father, a loving husband and son, a softball coach and an avid volunteer who generously gives his skills and time to the Miami community.  He is proud that his daughter, Julia Brady is the President of Killian High School and will attend Florida State University this year. 

Mr. Brady is also proud to say that he is a true Miami native.  Like many Miamians, his Irish-Italian grandparents came to  Miami in search of a better life. He is one of Miami’s native sons so naturally, the people of this community matter to him.  His background and his roots are the blueprint for the law firm. Mr. Brady and the staff truly care about the health and safety of their clients and their families.

For nearly ten years, Mr. Brady has proudly served as an organizer and  chairman of a  charitable  event known as “Raise the Bar” benefiting the Women’s Fund of Miami Dade-County, an organization which assists disadvantaged women in crisis.  The firm is an avid supporter and sponsor of other charitable organizations including Kid Side, Inc., and Switchboard Miami.   

Mr. Brady attended St. Thomas University School of Law after earning his Bachelors of Arts Degree from The University of Florida.  Mr. Brady is experienced both at the trial level and in handling appeals. He is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and to the United States Court of Appeals.  Mr. Brady is a long-time member of the American Bar Association (Family Law Section), the Dade County Bar Association and the UF Alumni Association.
