Ryan Sean LeMontang

I am a resident of Miami, Florida and the Founding Partner of Grossman, LeMontang & de la Fuente, PLLC.  I concentrate my practice in the area of insurance trial litigation, specifically helping homeowners and business owners with any and all disputes against their insurance company. The reason I love to fight insurance companies: "The bottom line is that insurance companies make money when they don't pay claims," said Mary Beth Senkewicz, who resigned as a senior executive at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. "They'll do anything to avoid paying..." I graduated Florida International University, with a major in Political Science and a minor in International Relations. I subsequently attended Nova Southeastern - Shepard Board Law Center where I earned a Juris Doctorate. During law school, I earned the Deans List Award four consective semsters. I am admitted to practice before the state courts of Florida and New Jersey, as well as the United States Southern District of Florida Federal Court. On a personal note, I love to play and watch sports of all kinds.  I am a loyal supporter of all Miami sports franchises and enjoy playing golf across south Florida.
