Oscar Arroyave

Writing this review brings tears to my eyes. I was represented by a lawyer other than Oscar Arroyave and was originally sentenced after trial to 33.3 years in the Feds. The day after sentencing I received an unexpected attorney visit from Oscar. He told me that whatever he could do for me on appeal o...r during post conviction to please not hesitate and contact his office that his secretary Beatriz would provide me anything I needed. Sure enough every call I made to his office was always answered. If not by Oscar on his cell phone than it was Beatriz. And every case law that I needed or any court document to conduct my research while I appealed my sentence was always provided by Oscar and/or Beatriz at no cost. Our friendship grew after 15 years while I fought my case. He visited me many times in prison at Coleman out of his own pocket. He would provide advice and comfort me when the courts would rubber stamp denials to my appeals for relief. Ultimately I was able to prevail and regain my freedom after 15 years of incarceration. I credit 0scar and Beatriz for being the reason I prevailed and I love them both for that.
