About Nicole
Biography
Nicole Alvarez was born and raised in Miami from Cuban parents. She went to Tampa to attend undergraduate at the University of South Florida where she graduated in 2002 with a B.A. in Political Science. After graduation she went to Stetson University College of Law where she received her J.D. in 2005. After graduation, Nicole joined the Broward County State Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor where she tried several jury trials. She then decided to go into the private sector where she defended the rights of financial and insurance institutions going to trial on several of the cases in Civil Court. After ten years of practice, Nicole decided to open her own law firm and now specializes in Criminal Defense and Immigration law.
